Kick-off and 1st General Assembly 2020

The kick-off meeting and first General Assembly of the Austrian-African Research Network | Africa-UniNet took place from 30th to 31st of January 2020 at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) in Vienna.

Africa-UniNet was officially inaugurated and constituted with the acceptance of 63 African and 19 Austrian institutions as founding members of the network. During the meeting the representatives of the institutions became familiar with each other, the board and the country coordinators were elected and the work programme with first activities was specified.
